Practical information:

We are two cooperating GPs within the medical centre Mediport. Within the medical centre there are a pharmacy, laboratory and the following medical disciplines: clinical psychologists, physiotherapy, dentist, midwives, and dietician.

A good quality of medical care and attention to your health are our priority. We find it very important that you have a personal GP. 

Only in case of absence you can be seen by an other GP. We do not have a holiday closure. We are open everey weekday 8-17. There is no evening opening (for emergencies see contact information below)

The practice is open for new patients under the following conditions:

1) You live within the catchment area of our practice.

2) You do not have a current GP in this catchment area

Online service for registered patients: you can contact our assistents, nurse practitioners and GP’s in a protected environment for an econsult. This is not for registration, appointments or emergencies. (One time registration is required).

We are very sorry if you have a complaint about our services, but please let us know so we can improve.

Appointments: 

You can make an appointment by calling the practice on weekdays between 8 and 17 hours. In the morning it can be busy at the phone and at lunchtime we have a limited capacity , we ask for your understanding.

When making an appointment , the assistant will ask you for the reason of your contact. In this way she will be able to advice you, or else make an appointment. The information shared with the assistent is confidential (medical secrecy) and only shared with your GP. 

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged a fee of 10 euro.
